Adam Garland is a Product Management executive with over 20 years of experience scaling enterprise platforms and vertical-market SaaS products across edtech, travel, community, and e-commerce. He combines strategic product discovery, user-centered design, and hands-on delivery to turn strategy into measurable outcomes.

A practitioner of Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) — the product framework built on a simple but powerful insight: customers don’t buy products, they hire them to make progress in their lives or work — he helps portfolio founders move beyond feature thinking and reframe product strategy around the causal mechanisms that drive customer switching, adoption, and retention.

Adam most recently led product, design, and engineering at Ready Education, unifying a multi-product SaaS suite following private equity investment and delivering a next-generation platform serving 500+ universities and 5+ million students. He previously led digital product management across five business units at EF Tours, building the global product management practice and driving a digital transformation that improved sales, customer experience, and operational performance. At Vistaprint, he managed a portfolio of marketing automation projects that drove revenue growth and operational efficiency across high-volume web and email platforms.

Adam enjoys musical composition and production, traveling, and hiking. He graduated magna cum laude from Tulane University with a B.S. in Business Management and Information Systems.
