At Spotlight, Robin partners with portfolio company CEOs and leadership teams to accelerate ARR growth, optimize go-to-market execution, build repeatable revenue architecture, and drive measurable value creation across the portfolio. She is passionate about helping management teams unlock growth and scale enduring businesses through commercial excellence, disciplined execution, and operational rigor.
Robin serves as an Executive Board Director for the Van Noy Valor Foundation and is passionate about supporting children and families through initiatives focused on foster care, literacy, autism research, and youth development. In 2008, she co-founded TriplePlay Sports Group and led the acquisition and transformation of the New Bedford Bay Sox of the New England Collegiate Baseball League. While the investment generated a 17x return, Robin is most proud of the organization’s impact beyond the field, using sports as a vehicle to support charitable initiatives and improve the lives of children and families in the communities it served.
Outside of work, Robin enjoys traveling with family and friends, golfing, skiing, pickleball, and cooking. A lifelong Boston sports fan, she remains passionate about leadership, teamwork, and competition.
